How long does shipping take?

Orders placed before 10 AM PST ship the same business day via Canada Post Xpresspost. Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days to urban centres and 3–5 business days to rural areas.

Is shipping really free?

Yes — shipping is free on all orders over $149 CAD. Orders under $149 are charged a flat $20 Xpresspost fee.

Do you ship to every province and territory?

Yes. We ship to all 10 provinces and 3 territories, including Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. Remote northern addresses may take a few extra days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Interac e-Transfer for all Canadian orders. E-Transfer is fast, secure, and processed within minutes during business hours.

Is my order tracked?

Yes. Every order ships with a Canada Post tracking number, emailed to you as soon as the package is scanned into the postal system.

What happens if my order is lost or stolen?

If Canada Post marks your package as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 5 business days. We investigate every claim and reship or refund at our discretion once Canada Post confirms the loss.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, as long as your order has not yet shipped. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we will do our best to accommodate changes.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer refunds or replacements on defective products, incorrect items, or shipping errors caused by us. Cannabis is a consumable product, so opened items are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.

How should I store my cannabis?

Store in an airtight glass jar (like a mason jar) in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. Properly stored flower keeps its potency and terpenes for 6–12 months.

What is the difference between indica, sativa, and hybrid?

Indica strains are typically more relaxing and body-focused, sativas are more uplifting and cerebral, and hybrids balance both. Individual chemovar (terpene and cannabinoid profile) matters more than the label.
